Anna's strategy, right or wrong?

I thank the Central Government for not bowing to team Anna this time, for they would have given fire to the concept of fast politics and forced Team Anna to walk the next step. Within Team Anna there are already voices of discontentment. Some of the so-called core team members do not want them to join politics. By the time election comes, I think most of their members would have deserted them. It's actually good to see who all stick around, for those would be the people who believe that we can change the system, by being a part of it. The so-called revolutionaries are welcome to go.

I won't blame these revolutionaries as it's not there fault that they don't like the political system. Since decades, politicians in India have acted this way that people have lost faith in them and don't want to be part of the same system. The first word we associate with the word politician is corrupt.  And I think this is the reason Anna's supporters don't want him to enter politics. I think the greatest service Anna can do to this country is by entering politics and end this association. May be I expect a bit too much, but I still have faith in them.

Being a bit more pragmatic I wish Team Anna to be less ambitious and the Media and citizens to not expect magic when Team Anna stands for elections. When Team Anna would lose, the same media would make them appear like clowns, which would be supporting them before elections. Let's remember that if as common citizens of this country we support Anna, his failure in election should be our collective failure. It would take years before Team Anna would be anywhere close to power. They should not be criticized in any way. I think it's better to try and clean the system from inside than expect politicians to do that. Whether they fail or succeed, I applaud that they at least tried to change the system, by entering the system. Its always better to clean a dirty place than say its dirty(fence-sitters approach) or say this is the best we can do (the present governance system) or to burn this place altogether (the revolutionaries). Whether you succeed or not, give your best shot.
